Check in times:
You can check in from 2 p.m., but if you arrive earlier, we will wait for you directly at the hotel, leave your suitcase, park your car and start your holiday by the lake.
If your room is ready upon your arrival, we will be happy to accommodate you.

On the day of departure, we ask you to leave your room by 10:00 a.m., if you decide to stay a little longer, you can leave your luggage and devote yourself to a last stroll around the center of Sirmione!
Parking:
We have a private car park right in front of our structure, with limited places for a fee.
This parking lot is subject to time restrictions for access to the old town center (except for the day of check in). Alternatively, you can park comfortably at Grifo Parking, just outside the old town of Sirmione (400m from the hotel). A convenient shuttle service will take you to the hotel without the worry of driving through the narrow streets of the old town.
We will reserve the parking space at Grifo Parking for you when you book your room. Parking has a daily cost that you can pay directly at the hotel.
Both car parks are subject to charges, if you need to, please request it when confirming your room. We will take care of reserving it for you.

We are located in the historic center of beautiful Sirmione, and like every historic center, ours is also monitored by camera.
Don't worry, we will take care of everything, just TELL US THE LICENSE PLATE OF THE CAR you will be arriving in so we can issue an entry and exit permit valid for your entire stay.

How to get to the hotel by car:
You can get to Sirmione via the A4 freeway, taking the Sirmione exit. Once off the freeway, you can easily reach the hotel by following the signs for Sirmione old town.
To facilitate your arrival at Hotel Marconi by car, here is a detailed description of the route:
Upon arrival at Castello di Sirmione, the limited traffic area to which access is regulated 24 hours a day begins. In front of the Castle by your right, you will find the local police station, here you will be asked for the requirements to access the restricted traffic area (reservation in hotel with indoor parking and license plate, this data is required when booking).
At the traffic lights go straight on Largo Goethe and cross the Castle bridge to enter Piazza Castello. Continue through the small central street lined with bars and ice cream parlors, Via Vittorio Emanuele II, until you reach a first turn where there is a traffic light.
Go past the turn and continue until you reach the second turn, continue straight for about 50 m, at the end of this narrow stretch you will find a beautiful bougainvillea in front of you.
Turn slightly right onto via Piana and continue until you reach Piazza Don A. Then, turn left, leaving the Catullo's thermal baths on your right. Continue on Via Vittorio Emanuele II (the road is one-way and is parallel to Via Piana, which you have just crossed), after 100 meters on the right you will find our hotel’s parking lot. You have arrived at your destination!

By train
If you are arriving by train (Milan-Venice line) the closest railway stations are those of Peschiera and Desenzano sul Garda. Both railway stations are located just 20 minutes from Sirmione, easily reachable by bus or possibly by boat from Desenzano.
By plane
The nearest airports are Valerio Catullo Airport in Verona. Villafranca which is about 40 min away and Orio al Serio in Bergamo, about 1hour. Milan Linate Airport is about 1h30min away while the airports of Milan Malpensa and Venice Marco Polo are about 2hours away. We will gladly organize a private transfer for you for a fee.

Our pier is right in front of us, where you can dive and swim whenever you want. The use of the pier is open to all our guests.
Use of sunbeds:
Sunbeds on our pier are available to our guests daily, subject to availability. We kindly ask you, out of respect for everyone, not to occupy the sunbeds with personal belongings in case they are not actually used.
